Refund policy

Unfortunately, as per our terms and conditions, Elith does not offer refunds for:
 
Undelivered meals, unless due to significant delays or non-delivery attributable to us.
Damaged meals, unless due to significant food quality issues caused by Elith.
Dissatisfaction with the food.
Cancellations made after the billing cycle has begun.
Exceptions may be made at Elith’s sole discretion in cases of:
 
Significant food quality issues exceeding reasonable expectations.
Prolonged delivery delays exceeding 24 hours beyond the expected delivery time.
Compensation for eligible cases may include:
 
Credit for future orders equivalent to the value of the affected meals.
Replacement meals delivered at no additional cost.

Please provide details of the issue and any supporting documentation, such as photos of damaged meals or screenshots of delivery tracking information.
